Would you like to translate PresbyterySite into your language?  There are only 138 short messages to translate, and it is easy to do this in a program called poEdit.  If you are willing to translate PresbyterySite, here is how to do it:

  • Download and install poEdit from www.poedit.org
  • Download and unzip PresbyterySite.  Unzip com_ps_core within PresbyterySite.
  • Copy com_ps_core/locale/en_US/ to com_ps_core/locale/YOUR_LANGUAGE/
  • Open com_ps_core/locale/YOUR_LANGUAGE/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po with poEdit.
  • For each message in messages.po, the English original is listed in one text box on your screen.  Type your language's translation of that message into the other text box found directly below the one which contains the English original.  Note:  If HTML tags (<a ...> and <b>) or variable placeholders ( %s ) are present in the English translation of the message, please include them in your translated message in an appropriate place.
  • This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it a copy of your messages.po file, tell us what language you have translated PresbyterySite into, and we'll include your translation in our next release.

Thank you for your interest in PresbyterySite!
